Photo: Creative Focus Photography On Wednesday night, the South Florida/Caribbean chapter of the International Special Event Society hosted its annual awards and installation dinner for 70 at the Manor Complex in Wilton Manors. Vice president of membership Victoria DiSilvio of Engaging Events and Weddings and chapter director Michael Rohrs from Premier Event Staffing, which also provided the entertainment, designed and coordinated the 1970s-themed cocktail, dinner, and dancing event.
